Definition of Bullying: seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce (someone perceived as vulnerable). We hear all the time of kids being bullied in schools and in homes, what about adult bullies or adults being bullied? Adult bullies won't actually 'tell you' what you've done wrong. Instead, they will use a lack of communication, ignore you; silence is the best killer. Let them judge you. Let them misunderstand you. Rachel Hollis said it best in Girl Wash your Face "Someone else's opinion of you is none of your business." You stay kind. Being kind to unkind people, that is what they need the most! No matter what they do or say, don't you dare doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Just keep shining on.
